同济大学高等研究院现面向全球招聘基础学科高水平领航人才，拟在数学、物理、化学、力学、海洋、生物、材料科学、人文社科等基础学科设立特聘研究员Ⅰ级（全职）和特聘研究员Ⅱ级（全职）岗位。同济大学在经费、政策、研究生的招收和物理空间等方面给予大力支持。

注1：应聘者必须具有博士学位，具有较强的发展潜力，对所在学科建设具有创新性构想和战略性思维，具有所在学科在其前沿领域赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力，责任感强，在国外大学或研究所获得正式教职的申请人会得到优先考虑。
注2：在聘期内需有能力冲击国家高层次人才计划。
注3：我们将为入选者提供具有竞争力的科研启动经费（面议），支持受聘者组建相应的科研团队，并提供良好的工作条件（包括实验室、办公用房等）。 除此之外，入选者可以共享同济大学大型仪器设备共享平台的实验设备。该薪酬包括租房补贴，不包括高水平科研成果的奖金。

二、应聘方式：
应聘者申请时请提供下述材料：
（1）个人简历（包括从大学起的详细不间断的学习及工作经历，学历学位证书，在国内外担任重要职务的证明，发表论著列表），500字左右个人学术成就简介；
（2）工作设想；
（3）3位国内外推荐专家的联系方式；

高等研究院学术委员会将对申请材料进行初选，初选合格者将组织第三方进行评审。评审合格者受邀来我校参加评聘答辩，由我校支付往返旅费和食宿费用。

- Note 1: Candidates shall have a doctorate, strong development potential, innovative conceptions and strategic thoughts on relevant discipline construction, the ability to maintain and surpass international advanced level in the frontiers of relevant discipline, as well as a strong sense of responsibility. Priority will be given to any applicant who obtains a formal teaching position in a foreign university or institute.

- Note 2: Have ability to apply for national high-level talent programs in employment term.

- Note 3: We will provide recruits with competitive scientific research initial funds (negotiable), support recruits to build a corresponding scientific research team, and provide good working conditions (including laboratories and offices). In addition, recruits may use experimental facilities of large instruments and equipment sharing platform of Tongji University. Housing allowance is included in remuneration rather than rewards of high-level scientific research achievements.
